I've created a different inner interpreter for Forth that should be (IMHO, of course) much funnier to use than the traditional ones. At present you'll need PFE and Linux to compile it, but it is so simple and small that porting it to other machines (or other Forths, or even other languages) should be very easy. Also, I tried to make the documentation and the examples as clear as possible, and, well, if you don't understand it you can always e-mail me --- and please do it, as I really want to develop it further and I'm tired of working alone. It's available for anonymous ftp at the machine saci.mat.puc-rio.br, (139.82.27.51) at the directory /pub/crim, file crim000.tgz; it is public domain, and less than 15k. The X3J14 standard in various formats and the source for PFE, version 0.9.12, are available there as well. Eduardo Ochs edrx@saci.mat.puc-rio.br
